All new users who do not already have access to the EI-Database may click on the above "Request Access" link. All existing users who need to modify their organization or user role level, can submit a request through the FEEDBACK button after logging into the EI-Database. All users are also encouraged to send an “EI-Database Access Request” email to the System Administration team at cwifd@usace.army.mil and kelly.p.kurisko@usace.army.mil.
