Satellite imagery suggests an initial break-up jam formed near the LaGrange Lock and Dam around 17 January as well as immediately downstream of Beardstown. There's significant movement in the next couple days, but it seems pretty in-place by 18 January, located near the dam. Based on Planet imagery, this jam released some time between 31 Jan and 6 Feb.
