Flood stage is 15.5 feet. Impacts at 15.5 feet. Flooding affects mainly agricultural land. Some cottages may be affected by water on the western end of the Big Eau Pleine Reservoir...or about 5 miles downstream of the gage on Highway 97.

As of 10:00 AM, up to 6 inches of water is covering portions of Mill Road. Other potential impacts at 12.0 feet. Up to 2 feet of water may be covering portions of Clay Pit Road and Broadway Street Park Road in the city of Manitowoc. Parts of Mill Road and North Rapids Road could become covered by up to a foot of water. The river level is currently steady, but this could change due to additional ice jamming or snow melt.
